1 (16 oz)Â pkg coleslaw blend

2 cups small fresh broccoli florets

1/4 cup sliced green onions

3/4 cup purchased fat-free Italian salad dressing

1/4 cup Orange Fruit Spread (100% fruit or you can use a jamba juice smoothie, just a quarter cup as a salad dressing!)

1/4 teaspoon celery seed

1 (11oz) can mandarin orange segments, drained.

In large bowl, combine coleslaw blend, broccoli and onions; stir gently to mix

In small bowl, combine salad dressing, fruit spread and celery seed; blend well. Pour over coleslaw mixture; toss to coat. Add mandarin orange segments; toss gently. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours or until serving time.

16 (1/2 cup) servings.
