 This “Training Session” is for Athletes who are serious about their sport and competition…the following are included in the session:

Body Fat Reduction: We will examine your optimal body fat percentage for your sport, how your current foods  effect your body fat, and alternatives to achieve your targets.

Lean Body Mass Increases: Gaining muscle is different than gaining overall weight.  We can change foods to increase muscle while keeping body fat at an ideal level.

Pre- and Post- Competition Eating: We will talk about how & what to eat -before, during, and after competition as well as on the road.

Supplement Use Counselling: Stacking is an Industry Norm…but sometimes that extra expense can be a boondoggle and a risk.  We will consult with you about how, what and why you want to supplement your workouts with and why you may NOT want to add supplements.

Injury Rehab:  Most injuries are accompanied by inflammation whether it be a simple strain or one that requires surgery.  We will discuss what diet you will need before and after surgery to help you get back to training as quick as possible.

Hydration Nutrition: Your physical power and abilities decrease when you are dehydrated. You also increase the risk of injury and serious illness when you are dehydrated. We will give you options on how to stay hydrated during all aspects of your work-outs, competition and recovery.
